Gianmaria Potenza – Elaborating New Codes

This exhibition presents around thirty works by Gianmaria Potenza, tracing a path from the iconic Elaboratori series of the 1990s to recent creations in bronze, marble, and wood. The Elaboratori are modular compositions made of small geometric elements, where precision and intuition coexist in a constant dialogue. Rather than strict repetition, they create open systems that invite viewers to explore rhythm, variation, and visual interplay.
Set in the historic Palazzo Ferro Fini, the display establishes a conversation between tradition and experimentation, craftsmanship and contemporary research. Large panels and sculptural forms highlight Potenza’s reflection on time, language, and the evolving codes of artistic expression.
